Before becoming a client, I offer a free 30-minute consult to gather brief background information, understand what you are looking for and provide more information about my approach and services. If we both agree we are a good fit, we can move forward with intake paperwork and scheduling sessions.

Sessions are typically held in person, however telehealth is available as needed. 

60 Minute Psychotherapy: $120 - $150 Sliding Scale

I am an out of network provider and a self pay practice. Fees may be paid by all major credit cards, checks, cash, and HSA/FSA cards. Clients can request a superbill to submit for potential insurance reimbursement.
