About the event
The Wild Expanse is a four day immersive expressive arts therapy retreat that centers healing, wellness, and connection to the authentic self through music, art, movement, and mindfulness experiences, provided by board-certified expressive therapists. Group members will be led in a series of music, movement, and art making experiences that guide each person to explore their inner experience, promote healing, and build meaningful connections with the self and each other. The retreat takes place at Potash Hill and participants will be staying in the dorms in double rooms (can choose single rooms for an additional fee). All food, lodging, and creative supplies are provided.
